Who was Michael?
Michael came into the world with an open heart. The doctor said he was the most beautiful baby he had ever seen. He was, by every one’s account, genuine and friendly. No matter your color or creed, he had the same friendly approach that made you feel at ease. Voted “Most Friendly” by his classmates, it was easy to see that Michael wore his heart on his sleeve. Michael loved cars, restoring old ones. He worked occasionally as a paralegal in his mother’s successful law firm. Aside from the occasional academic blunder, he never was in trouble, never fought at school. He was a good kid. He was very close to his mother, never left her side. Since he was the only male in the house, he needed to look after his mom and his younger sister. Michael would give a stranger the shirt off his back without question, that’s just how good and decent he really was.

"My first memory of Michael Sussman is of a sweet little boy with blonde hair and brown eyes. He was in first grade and I was his reading tutor. Because his Uncle Jon is a close friend of mine. I watched Michael grow up through the years.
Family was very important to Michael. He loved hearing jokes and stories from his grandparents, Henry and Freda. He was very proud that his Aunt Margaret had been a talented actress, and his Uncle John, a gifted mathematician. He like to tease and kid around with his sister, Ashleigh, but was very protective of her. He was strong and smart like his mother, Nancy. And was just passionate about justice and fairness for all.
Michael was bright and clever, with a keen sense of humor. He liked antics and had a good sense of adventure. He loved cars and was always offering to detail mine, just to be kind. He liked music, especially The Doors and Jim Morrison. He enjoyed hunting for things at stores and swap meets to try to resell. He had a kind and compassionate heart, which was perhaps most evident in his care and concern for his Uncle Jon's well being. He had a sensitive spirit, and was often moved to tears by things and people that mattered to him the most. Michael once told me that the best time of his life was being at the house in Hawaii with his mom and his sister. He loved them all being together and relaxed, seeing his mother's beautiful hair in the breeze.
I will miss seeing Michael working on the cars in the driveway when I drive up. I will miss him talking with me about life, and just trying to find his way. "

The Nefarious Neighbor
Alfonso Martinez is a U.S. Border Patrol Agent that lives across the street from the Sussman’s house at 5832 Lomond Drive. He seemed to have a personal vendetta with Michael. That’s when the harassment started. It began with 911 phone calls to the police, reporting loud noises from the Sussman’s house, illegally parked vehicles and false claims of partying, animals being loose and so on. Hundreds of calls were made to the police to come to that address for no apparent reason. Several false police reports were submitted. It had become a huge nuisance for everyone. Mr. Martinez appeared to be a sociopath. All of this came to a boiling point one night when Michael’s friend Milissa had parked her vehicle across the street and placed a cover one it. What happens next will set the scene for the next two years.
The Incident
On the night of December 10, 2016 Milissa Petty, a friend of Michael’s, was staying overnight at the Sussman residence. She has parked her car across the street and put a cover over it to protect the coat of fresh paint it just received. At around 10:45pm Melissa witnessed Martinez pulling the cover up off her car. Michael ran across the street and asked Martinez to put the cover back onto the car and to stop touching the car. At that point, witnesses say Mr. Martinez punched 22 year old Michael in his face and into the car then down to the ground. Martinez being a trained agent of the U.S. Boarder patrol utilized his skills while repeatedly kicking Michael in the head, punching him in the face. At that point, Michael’s little sheep dog ran out and attempted to protect Michael. Although the dog never bit Martinez as he had later claimed to the authorities, he kicked and stomped the dog to death in front of the whole neighborhood while continuing his attack on Michael. Martinez was strangling Michael, kicking him in the face and then the back and bashing his head into the metal on Milissa’s car. Both Michael’s mom and Milissa begged and pleaded for Martinez to stop attacking him but this went on for about ten minutes until an ambulance and the police arrived. Boarder Patrol were there as well, making sure Martinez had changed into his official uniform complete with a rifle. SDPD arrived as if that would somehow excuse what he just had done. Michael was rushed In to the ER via paramedics where he underwent an MRI to reveal a concussion, broken teeth, multiple bruises, sutured lacerations for hemorrhaging lip , brain contusion and injuries. The police refused to take any details or report on it, hardly had interest in talking to witnesses. No charges were ever filed against Martinez. He was never held accountable for injuring Michael nor killing the dog because the police conspired with Mr. Martinez.

Nancy felt threatened by Alfonso and also felt wronged that no charge had been filed against him, so she took a restraining order out against him, he in turn filed 1 against Nancy and 1 against Michael. Judge Pollack was assigned the case. This Judge and Nancy have been adversaries in their legal practices for 25 years and had a contentious relationship. Had been specially selected by the Judiciary to hear this case. Judge Pollack should have been disqualified from hearing the case. He should have recused himself. Nancy filed documents to recuse Pollack but he refused to disqualify himself. Nancy Filed a restraining order on Mr. Martinez due to the aggravated battery on Michael and threatened a civil lawsuit against him. Martinez turned around and also filed a restraining order against Nancy and Michael, The police instigated Martinez to file a restraining order against Nancy to "Improve the quality of the neighborhood" which is predominantly WASP. The police were making anti-Semitic gestures, get the small Jews family out of the neighborhood. Nancy went in to a gun store to purchase a small hand gun for self defense. The police set her up. Three police men walked into the gun store after Nancy passed the safety test and had already purchased the gun and was waiting for clearance for 30 days. Laurie Black, a detective had emailed Martinez stating "I wish we can have a more colorful conversation with you in person regarding how to rid the neighborhood of the Sussman." This was all orchestrated by Lt. Jeff Jordan and Martinez and the police. Martinez was told that that Nancy made threats against his life in the gun store, which was untrue. Due to the help of the Attorney Greg Garrison, the Judge found against Nancy and Michael but did not award any attorney's fees, costs or sanction award one would expect as he made Martinez thee prevailing party. This made Martinez more Sociopathic than before and discredited Michael and Nancy greatly. Greg Pollack and Martinez reported Nancy to the State Bar because Pollack knew that by that granting this restraining order it might injure Nancy's standings with the state bar.
Retaliation
This was the beginning of the catastrophic hell that is to be discussed in this webpage . Names will not be changed. After the aggravated battery, things went from bad to worse with the Sussman family. Martinez had the police on speed dial and called for every little reason and had them there on the weekly. There were at least 50 calls by Martinez regarding the Sussman's regarding nuisance issues as instructed by Lt. Jeff Jordan. Lt. Jeff Jordan encourage the community gang stalking and target the Sussman family. In order to criminalize the Sussman's, Lt. Jeff Jordan ordered the eastern division of the SDPD to respond to the nuisance calls by Martinez with 6 police officers, a sergeant and a taser gun. He put in the police report that the Sussman's were anti-police and anti-pert. He had Martinez video taping the Sussman 24/7 through their window.
The Naked Truth
In about April 2017 ten officers responded to a call at the Sussman residence. The ten officers came in and pulled Michael out of the shower and then 5 of the most obese officers you've ever seen in your life and got on top of naked Michael threatening to taser him. Then they asked Nancy for Michael's underwear and brought him to jail for alleged vandalism of the his door. They never told him he was under arrest. Michael was not a fourth waiver. Nancy bailed him the following day for $2500 and he was never charged with anything.

The next police appearance was on May 12th 2017. The Sussman's had an unwelcome guest in the residence. Lt Jordan told Ms. Sussman to call if they had someone there that they didn't want in the house. The police asked Ms. Sussman to come outside. She did not want to come outside. So four officers, without a warrant or probable cause, broke the front door and the security gate down. They came in with guns drawn and chased Michael around the house and out the back, breaking another patio door and the bathroom window, then climbing onto the roof where they finally caught and arrested Michael. They dragged him to jail again, this time offering a restraining order on Michael which was refused. He was bailed the following day and Nancy told the Sargent that it was being arranged to send Michael to rehab in Anaheim. Except before the bus driver could pick him up he was arrested again. The police imposed a restraining order against Michael allegedly on Nancy's behalf to protect her from harm even though she was not in danger and did not want this done. Nancy went to court and requested they remove the restraining order. Now Michael Sussman can technically be added to his own website.
THE CORRUPT CITY ATTORNEYS OFFICE WORKING WITH THE CORRUPT SAN DIEGO POLICE DEPT
Vicious Mara Elliot and Ryan Scott, city attorney's and the entire San Diego police dept. decided to make the Sussman pay because they used too many "assets" going to the house. Ryan Scott filed 18 bogus misdemeanor charges against Michael Sussman to save police asset ie money , ie by separating Nancy , Ashleigh and Michael Sussman. they did so is a horrible way which caused Michael's death. They targeted the Sussman, they instructed the neighbors to watch the Sussman and call them as many times as possible. they would not allow the Sussman's to live together citing that Nancy was 65 and Michael was committing "elder abuse " by yelling at her at times, they took Michael away from the home. Ryan Scott and Lt Jeff Jordan, the German, went to every court hearing and the city attorneys office had secret meeting s with judges to get there crooked scheme accomplish. Nancy Sussman was a medical malpractice attorney very hated by the defense community because she , unlike them was honest, she got millions for her usually, she spoke up against corrupt judges (see celebrity factor) and unfortunately was instrumental in getting actual discipline which the commission of judicial performance never does accomplish. most attorneys are afraid to do that. it does not make you [popular with the state bar either. retaliation judges react when attorneys do that. Nancy is a whistle blower, the court decided that every attorney who she hired should take her money, cost her as much money as possible and do not help her son or her interest, caused a separation between Nancy and Michael, their client. Nancy never been disciplined by the either professional board she is a member . so out of poor evil the San Diego police dept, city attorney office, judge So , judge Pollack, judge Lewis went after this family like they were murders but without a crooked judge the end jailing Michael who was deadly afraid of jail for a fake misdemeanor resulted in this death. they refuse to be responsible. they put the Sussman family through catastrophic hell. help us make it their turn. This is all true, everyone who took part in this must be held accountable. No one is above the law.
Lt Jeff Jordan, still with the SDPD, was the organizer of this crime. He used his police powers and known corruption to have new charges brought against the Sussman family, profiling against Michael, false arrest against Nancy and he ordered twice the illegal break in of the Sussman's residence by kicking in the front door, the side doors and the windows. He also sat at the City Attorney's table during the trial to make it look like the police were prosecuting this case while Nancy Sussman had been banished from the courtroom. We'll call him the organizer.
Judge Lewis
After Michael's arraignment was continued Michael and Nancy were ordered to appear before Judge Kathleen Lewis on bogus charges of elder abuse. Nancy wanted to speak to Judge Lewis about having the restraining order dropped. Instead, Nancy was denied her right to be in the courtroom while the judge spoke to 12 criminal defense attorneys ex parte and told she was not allowed to represent her son in court. This was a bail hearing, Michael was denied the right to have any representation, which is a violation of his 6th amendment right, and Judge Lewis stacked his bail and ordered Michael back into jail. Nancy attempted to get the tape from the hearing. She ordered it and paid for it but the court will not produce it. Nancy reported Judge Lewis to the Commission for Judicial Performance for the outrageous conduct in court. Nothing has come of it at the time this was written. At this time Nancy bailed Michael out again, this time at $220,000. Then they hired Michael Pancer to be Michael’s new defense attorney referred by crooked Cole Casey. Pancer knew exactly what the court wanted him to do, which was get as much money from Nancy as possible. Nancy was an impeccable Malpractice attorney, winning over 1 billion dollars for mostly indigent clients. She was massively hated by most defense attorneys because they couldn’t beat her. This generated most of the reasons behind the court’s decisions in Michael’s cases plus that Nancy tried to represent other family members in the past in the corrupt San Diego Superior Courts.

The Restraining Order
The restraining order prohibited Michael from being near his mother and the house he lived in. This forced Michael to be homeless except that Nancy paid for his hotel stays which were very expensive for a year. Things got worse when Michael kept getting repeatedly arrested for violating the order because there were 15 police officers watching the house plus the community stocking neighbors. His mother went into court and told the judge she did not want the restraining order and that it was unnecessary. But the court would not lift the order. The judge assigned to Michael's case issued excessively high amounts of bail. Nancy would bail out her son, only for him to be arrested again and more excessive bail would be issued. Michael’s lawyer requested the Judge be taken off Michael’s case because it was plain to see there was a bias stemming from his interactions the Michael’s Mother Nancy. The prosecutor Ryan Scott was caught lying about Nancy being arrested for DUI of Xanax, he also had Nancy wrongfully incarcerated without charges. The arrest warrant should have been for Michael but they wrote it incorrectly and the judge signed off on it. Nancy had to post $100,000 bail for no reason.
Michael Was Eventually Falsely Arrested 25 Times

At that point, Ryan Scott from city attorney’s office charged Michael with 18 misdemeanors Ryan Scott and Jeffery Jordan had ex-parte communication with all the judges in the case. Michael Pancer set out to milk Nancy out of her entire retirement fund and make the case go as long as possible and also cause as much trouble for Michael as possible. First he charged Nancy $50,000 to represent Michael. Then, instead of listening to Nancy he and Gretchen Helme decided they would sneak a rep from Genesis Christian rehab into the courtroom and without Nancy’s permission and take Michael to a rehab for Christians even though the family is Jewish. Pancer took $7500 on what he said was a check and paid Genesis in the court room out of Nancy’s money and he was not authorized to do so. He took the $7500 as a kickback. Gretchen Helm spent 2 hours on the case on May 25 arguing the opposite she was retained for. Immediately she was fired but it was too late because Michael was already on way to rehab. Pancer brought an authorization form to Gretchen Helm’s office and told Nancy to sign it for Michael’s treatment but she refused to sign and fired Gretchen. Genesis, through agent Dennis Morgan, called Nancy said mike need to go to psychiatric hospital to ween off Xanax but Nancy refused because they have own insurance. Without anyone’s consent Genesis locked mike in a psychiatric hospital for 4 days and Nancy was prohibited to see him. Nancy was told all contact Dennis had about Michael was through Gretchen but she had been fired. Mike left rehab with Dennis’s blessing because they wanted to bill Nancy 800 hour for Gretchen. There was no consent for Michael to be in the rehab. Pancer is evil and cares about money but no regard for clients welfare. His client was the court not the Sussmans so he did exactly what they told him to do to separate the bond between Michael and Nancy and cost Nancy as much money as possible.

Nancy was called by Martinez and his cohorts, alleged involuntary victim of a conspiratorial
scheme to get even for numerous police calls to the residence. Pancer insisted Michael had
to be placed in 2nd rehab giving Nancy 24 hours to find one threatening her to tell the court
if he couldn’t continue with the psychological torture and ultimate death of Michael Sussman.
Michael was placed in another rehab and Nancy had to pay $9500 to keep him there for a month
plus $1500 to the crazy doctor who wanted to start Michael on Ketamine. The only patient there was Michael. It was run by Mark and Amy, 2 former alcoholics. Pancer tried to manipulate the second rehab due to the fact that blue shield denied paying for rehab center Nancy had to pick Michael up on the street in front of the rehab. Pancer threatened Nancy she needed to get 3rd rehab fast or it would be civil forfeiture of bail money of $228,000. The 3rd rehab, Monarch $30000 rehab recommended Michael be allowed to go home after the completion. . During this period Pancer spoke with Ryan Scott prosecutor and substituted out of the case saying "we are supposed to be ethical" substituted in a public defender without his clients knowledge. Nancy wrote an objection and it was rejected. Pancer disclosed attorney client privileged information with Ryan Scott that Michael was deathly afraid of jail . Pancer refused to refund $7500 from genesis rehab. Nancy substituted in another cartel attorney John D Kirby. Kirby attempted in front of judge Cindy Davis to get back the $7500. Davis said I don’t get involved in money but stacked his bail to $225,000. Kathleen Lewis and Cindy Davis are guilty of bail stacking on misdemeanors. On July 24 2017, John Kirby made a valid argument to Judge Hanoian that Michael completed the court ordered Monarch program successfully for 45 days and the Monarch rehab strongly suggested that Michael be released home. The rehab met with the family and decided that Michael would be best off as an out patient in his home and recommended that to court. Court declined their court ordered program recommendation that Michael be discharged to his home. Michaels mother being a nurse and attorney would have been able to monitor his medication, take him to the doctors and he would have survived. Instead he had to stay in a Motel for the next year at the "involuntary victims expense" (his mother).
Kirby became more ineffective as time went on. No show in court or would show up appearing under the influence 2 hours late. He refused to do motion to dismiss as promised. He kept wanting money for nothing. Kirby lied to the court and said he had been discharged from the case, Michael said not true. Judge ordered he remain on the case, he proceeded to do nothing. Nancy was forced to a third attorney at the end of the story spent over $350,000 to defend her son who is now dead.
Mr. Kirby received a private warning letter regarding his conduct from the state bar, big deal! His client was the court not the Sussmans so he did exactly what they told him to do to separate the bond between Michael and Nancy and cost Nancy as much money as possible.

Nancy hired the next attorney by the negligent referral Charlie Khoury of Michael McCabe. Coincidentally he also represented Michael McCabe at the State Bar level. All 3 attorneys had an illegal contracts with defendant. All three had the same motives that were emotional gas-lighting, torture and financial ruin. Nancy was forced to pay thousands of dollars to keep her son in hotel rooms due to fake restraining orders. the city attorney’s office including Ryan Scott and Mara Elliot, were following the same setting up the Sussman’s targeting them gaslighting and warned the bar association not to represent Nancy out of fear of retaliation Nancy was informed. Khoury referred McCabe as a ruse due to his physical and mental condition. McCabe entered into contract with Sussman’s. McCabe entered into agreement that Michael is responsible for all costs. amounts owed are altered on contract yet has endorser of payment as Nancy Sussman in violation of rule 3-110f. None of the above attorneys complied with the rule of conduct, 3-110f. Nancy was falsely arrested twice, by Jeff Jordan at $100,000 bail and was never arraigned. March 5 on the day of settlement Nancy was stopped on her way to the hotel to drop off clothes for Michael and was taken in for DUI after officers found a bottle of Xanax that was prescribed to her by her doctor. She was held in the cage at Las Calinas and bailed out by an unknown party. She was not arraigned. This was all illegal blackmail to silence Nancy from whistle blowing.
Michael McCabe
Roger Clark
Mr. Scott asserts that Roger Clark, the defense’s other expert, was offered to be allowed to testify that Mr. Sussman lacked the mental capacity to commit a criminal act and that the officer should not have arrested him. However, in reality Mr. Clark was called as a witness to debunk the testimony of Lieutenant Jordan who stated on direct examination that he had charged or changed the enforcement of family disputes by his officers to reduce the "assets", which is what he called them required to bring peace to these families. As to when the Sussmans had called for police assistance over 10 years, which was called for on more than 350 a locations by phone, his system for managing the assets required was to segregate the perpetrator from the victim by securing stay-away orders from judges.
Mr. Clark intended to testify that the new system that Mr. Jordan talked about didn’t work and was not utilized by any other police department in California, and that it resulted in more use of assets to ensure compliance by the perpetrator, which he found causing more problems than it remedies. In fact, Mr. Clark was prepared to testify that the new system was responsible for the 17 count problem that we had here in the third amended complaint, which require the testimony and surveillance of more than 15 officers as I recall.
However, the court agreed with Mr. Scott’s objection to the proposed testimony and ordered the defense to notify Mr. Clark that he would not be allowed to testify, ruling that it was a irrelevant here as well. Here again, the defense was deprived of the opportunity to challenge the testimony of it adversaries, resulting in an unfair trial, which should be remedied by the court. I will answer any questions at the court may have at this time.
Narcissistic Psychopath Abuse
Entities manipulate them in to keeping quiet or ultimately facing the wrath ostracized and gas lighted while the perpetrators continued to act out their part. The longer time goes on the more they fought the worse the abuse became. Built an army of unwitting abusers they are commonly left with no resources to help themselves. excessive bails, credibility, no friends, trapped with no way out. Dragged through a catastrophic hell by abusers, victims turn to drugs or alcohol to escape. Stress endured can be so severe that they built up anxiety and PTSD soon follow. Abusers never quit the dehumanization and disassociation and devaluation. Victim takes the knowledge to the grave that he has been abused. Covert narcissists are the scariest types stealthy nature emotionally intelligent to emotionally gaslight and fool so many people. Targets looked up on as the one distorting reality instead of revealing it. The only solution handling this is holding them accountable and using recording and video to record the behavior.

Judge Kenneth So
Both Nancy and Michael demanded that Judge So be challenged from the case. McCabe refused to recuse Judge So because he knew about Judge So's corruption and knew what he did about the Tammy Rief case. Michael McCabe delayed the trial for 8 months. Prosecution withheld 400 documents from being seen. McCabe, aged 78, had a severe disability of his leg. On March 23, while at the federal courthouse he fell on his head sustaining damage to his brain. Since then his aphasia got worse. He had significant trouble talking and acted demented. His psychiatrist said he had a stroke. Nancy felt he has dementia. McCabe did not want to continue the trial so he associated in Heather Beurgen to "Second Chair" without his clients consent or permission. McCabe brought a motion in front of Judge So which was denied based on Brady vs Maryland which the prosecutor misrepresented facts to the judge that were false committed, intentional brady violations acted in concert with the police to harass, arrest and raise the bail and target the family. McCabe asked the court to sanction Ryan Scott due to his lies and suppression of evidence, didn't mention 400 docs withheld by Ryan Scott this motion and any other was denied prior to trial. Frank Martinez was supplying mike with 6 months of Indica marijuana which caused him to sleep during court and not hear the evidence. McCabe brought a motion banning Nancy from the courthouse that was granted. Court is a public facility. This was another tactical move. McCabe after his fall on march 23 2018 couldn't form a sentence correctly and selected without his clients consent, Heather Beurgen, who is not an experienced trial attorney, to perform 80% of the trial. She was not even associated in the case and was as ineffective as McCabe and wasn't even Michael Sussman's trial attorney. Nancy was beaten by Judge So's bailiff and was thrown out of the courtroom on several occasions even though she wasn't being difficult, in front of Judge So's eyes, that is assault and battery directed by Judge So. While Lt. Jeffery Jordan "The organizer" sat at prosecutors table to make it look as though he were the one bringing on the action, when police power should not determine the outcome of the criminal trial. While the "involuntary victim" was beaten and banished from the courtroom. Judge So should be removed from the bench based on that alone. Judge So also allowed Michael the defendant to be asleep for part of the trial as he was being medicated by a crazy forensic psychiatrist Allan Abrahms who was medicating Michael with a mild sedative called Xanax during the trial. A defendant must be able to assist his attorney according to the 6th amendment of the constitution which was impossible in this case due to the sedation of Michael. Judge So didn't care, the verdict was predetermined.
Judge So deliberately inflicted on a person, Michael Sussman, such emotional torture, calculated to bring about mental and catastrophic physical and mental destruction.
Judge So is extremely sadistic and total unfit to be a judge anywhere. For the misconduct as can be reflected in the Sussman and Rief's case he should be in jail. In this case he conspired to predetermine the verdict with the City Attorney and Michael McCabe. Judge So had 30 secret non-recorded meetings during the trial with the City Attorney, Mike McCabe and in some instances Dr. Allen Abrams M.D. who had a part in this also.

DISQUALIFICATION OF JUDGE SO

There was conspiracy in place between the SDPD, The City Attorney’s office, Judge Kenneth So, Ryan Scott, Mara Elliot, Mike Pancer, Lt. Jeff Jordan, Mike McCabe, and Jon Kirby. It is believed that the jurors on the trial may have been "especially" selected real and one juror could not hear. Some came from law enforcement background. We have every reason to believe a very pro prosecution related jury was selected. McCabe was unable to present the case and fight the constant granting irrelevant objections from Ryan Scott by Judge So, the judge helped Ryan Scott be in charge of the trial with McCabes blessing. Experts were not allowed to present evidence. McCabe had an expert on police misconduct that wasn’t allowed to give testimony on the unlawful conduct of the SDPD. McCabe was not experienced with this type of law and couldn't participate much in this trial and it became one sided. Michael was found guilty of 10 of the 18 misdemeanor charges.
